Termination Policy:

C Wray Ltd’s policy is designed to protect

  • Unsafe working practices

  • Fraud or dishonesty

  • Violence, harassment, or discrimination

  • Substance misuse on site

  • Gross negligence

C Wray Ltd holds the right to terminate candidates under the conditions

  • Candidate fails to show up for multiple vacancies

  • Candidates using abusive language to staff

  • Required qualifications, certifications, or right-to-work documentation lapse or are falsified

  • Breach of client site rules or behaviour standards

  • Breach of client site rules or behaviour standards

  • Violence, harassment, or discrimination

  • Substance misuse on site

  • Gross negligence

Effect of Termination

Termination of engagement does not affect:

  • Payment for approved hours already worked

  • Ongoing legal or contractual obligations

Termination of Platform Access (All Users)

We may suspend or terminate platform access where a user:

  • Breaches our Terms & Conditions

  • Uses the platform for unlawful purposes

  • Attempts to bypass fees or contractual arrangements

  • Engages in misuse of data or communications systems

  • Access may be suspended temporarily while investigations are carried out.

Staff employment termination will be handled in accordance with:

  • UK employment law

  • Individual employment contracts

  • Company disciplinary and grievance procedures

Notice Periods

  • Unless otherwise stated in a specific contract:

  • Termination may be immediate for serious breaches

  • Notice periods may vary depending on contractual arrangements

Outstanding Payments & Obligations

Termination does not remove the obligation to:

  • Pay outstanding invoices

  • Return company property

  • Maintain confidentiality

  • Comply with post-termination restrictions (where applicable)

Appeals & Disputes

Where appropriate, affected parties may submit written representations or appeals. C Wray Ltd will review matters fairly and in line with contractual and legal obligations.
